Handover standard, to a deadline.

Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning

Turnover cleaning is judged by somebody with a checklist and a deposit at stake. The standard is not "clean" but "accepted at handover".

It is deadline work: the date is set by the tenancy or the sale, not by the cleaning schedule.

Scope

  • Full property deep clean to handover standard
  • Inside all appliances, cupboards and wardrobes
  • Full sanitary descaling and glass
  • Balconies, terraces and external areas within the demise
  • Wall marks and scuffs where treatable
  • Optional carpet extraction and curtain processing
