Full property, seasonal cycle.

Deep Home Cleaning

A deep clean reaches what a regular visit maintains but cannot recover: inside appliances, behind and under furniture, grout, tracks, vents and high level.

Usually booked seasonally, before or after occupancy, or ahead of an event.

Additional scope over a regular visit

  • Inside ovens, fridges and appliances
  • Behind and beneath movable furniture
  • Grout, tile and sanitary descaling
  • Window tracks, frames and sills
  • Skirting, door frames and switch plates
  • High-level dusting, vents and light fittings
  • Cupboard and wardrobe interiors

How long it takes

A deep clean is priced by property size and condition rather than by the hour, and is usually a team visit rather than a single operative.

  • One-bedroom apartment: typically half a day, two operatives
  • Three-bedroom villa: typically a full day, two to three operatives
  • Condition matters more than floor area β€” a survey photograph at booking avoids disputes on the day
  • Curtain and carpet work extends the visit, or returns as a second attendance
