Partner Requirements

We are seeking established operators, not start-ups. The following sets out what a facility needs to enter assessment.

Meeting every line is not a precondition for applying. The onboarding audit produces a written remediation plan, and qualifying equipment upgrades may be supported under the capital support programme.

Laundry partners — plant capability

High-capacity tunnel washers or industrial washer-extractors
Dry-cleaning specialised lines for high-end corporate accounts
Automated folding and finishing for linen and uniform sets
Redundant power and water systems ensuring 24/7 uptime
Dedicated logistics and loading bays for APXXO fleet vehicles

Cleaning partners — operational capability

Trained, directly employed operative headcount with supervision structure
Valid trade licensing for the service tiers applied for
Machinery appropriate to contracted scope, maintained and documented
Chemical handling, storage and COSHH-equivalent controls
Capacity to mobilise a new site within an agreed lead time

Corporate compliance

Registered trading entity with audited or certified accounts
Valid public liability and employer liability insurance
Documented labour practice: contracts, wage protection, accommodation standards
Environmental compliance for water discharge and chemical handling
No unresolved regulatory enforcement against the facility

Additional standard for home services

Residential work is customer-facing and reputationally sensitive. Partners in this tier must additionally hold:

Valid trade licensing for residential service
Insured and background-checked operatives
Uniformed presentation standards
Ability to accept scheduled jobs through the partner portal with same-day dispatch confirmation
