One interface for work, quality, disputes and money.
The Partner Portal
Every partner receives access to the APXXO operating platform at no licence cost. It is the single interface for work, quality, disputes and money.
It can integrate with an existing plant or ERP system, or be used standalone. There is no requirement to replace what a facility already runs.
What the portal does
| Work & scheduling | Quality & compliance | Commercial |
|---|---|---|
| Inbound volume forecast, rolling 90 days | Item-level tracking and textile accountability | Live rate card and contract documents |
| Confirmed job and collection schedules | Inspection checkpoints with photographic evidence | Self-serve statements and settlement status |
| Route and vehicle coordination | Audit findings and remediation tracking | Dispute logging with evidence attachment |
| Capacity declaration and acceptance | Operative training records by site | Volume and revenue reporting by period |
What it means in practice
- A rolling 90-day forecast, so labour can be scheduled against a known figure rather than a guess
- Evidence attached at the point of inspection, so disputes are settled on record rather than on memory
- Settlement status visible without asking anyone
- No licence cost, and no obligation to replace an existing plant system
