Both carry equipment requirements a general cleaning visit does not.

What is realistic, and what is not

How it is quoted
- Oven cleaning is priced by appliance type — single, double, range
- Window cleaning is priced by pane count, not by room
- Condition is assessed from a photograph at booking, so the price holds on the day
- Anything above roughly four storeys externally is routed to facade and high-level cleaning
