Scheduled service visits.

Washroom & Hygiene Systems

Washroom hygiene is contracted as a service programme rather than a cleaning task: units are installed, serviced on a schedule and replenished, with consumables supplied through group procurement.

It is usually the first thing a building’s occupants notice and the last thing anyone budgets for.

Programme scope

  • Consumable replenishment β€” soap, paper, hand care
  • Sanitary disposal units, serviced and exchanged
  • Air care and odour control systems
  • Automatic dosing and cistern management
  • Hand dryer and dispenser maintenance
  • Periodic descaling and deep sanitisation

Why it is contracted separately from cleaning

  • Units are installed equipment with their own service life, not a cleaning task
  • Consumables are procured at group network pricing rather than site by site
  • Sanitary waste carries its own disposal duty and documentation
  • A missed replenishment is the most visible service failure in any building
  • Service visits are evidenced per unit, so usage can be tuned by location
