Where the laundry and cleaning divisions meet.
Facility Textiles
Facility textiles are supplied on swap contracts rather than processed and returned: a clean set is delivered, the soiled set is collected, and the client never owns the inventory. It is a rental model with a laundry behind it.
This is the clearest point of overlap between the two APXXO divisions. The mats and microfibre systems used by a cleaning partner on a site are processed by a laundry partner in the same territory, on one contract and one invoice.
Textiles in the programme
- Entrance and anti-fatigue matting, on a scheduled swap
- Mop heads β flat, string and microfibre systems
- Microfibre cloth systems, colour-coded by zone
- Cleaning textiles issued against a siteβs manning model
- Washroom textiles, where the contract includes them
Cross-division routing
Facility textiles are the practical expression of running both divisions on one contracting layer: two partners, one client, one invoice.
- Cleaning partner deploys the textiles on site
- Laundry partner processes and reissues them
- APXXO holds the client contract and the SLA for both
- The client sees one service, one standard and one bill
