Retail cleaning is performed in front of the customer, during trading, and judged continuously. It runs multi-shift across seven days, and the visible standard is never allowed to drop during opening hours.
Behind the concourse sits an equally demanding back-of-house scope that keeps the centre operating.
Front of house
- Concourse and common-area cleaning through trading hours
- Food court clearing, table turnover and floor care
- Escalator, travelator and lift cleaning
- Glass, balustrade and handrail work
- Washroom attendance and consumable replenishment
- Entrance matting on scheduled swap
Back of house
- Service corridors, loading bays and waste rooms
- Waste segregation, compaction and recycling programmes
- Car park sweeping and hard standing
- Overnight deep cycles outside trading
