Managed Residential Communities
Managed residential splits into two scopes that most suppliers cannot cover together: the common areas an owners’ association contracts, and the in-home services individual residents buy.
APXXO routes both — the association contract to a commercial cleaning partner, the in-home demand to a residential partner, and the curtain and laundry work back into a Laundry Khalas plant in the same territory.
