The status of what is published here

• This site is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract.
• Service descriptions set out what APXXO contracts for in general. What is actually delivered at any site is governed by the executed agreement for that site, which prevails over anything published here.
• Figures describing the scale of the group, service levels, timescales and commercial terms are indicative. They may change, and they are not warranted as accurate at any given moment.
• Submitting the partner application form does not create a contract, entitle you to volume, or oblige APXXO to proceed. Partnership follows a facility audit and an executed written agreement.
• Submitting a proposal request does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Anything we send in response is indicative until a written agreement is executed.

Using the site

You may use this site for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Use it unlawfully, or in a way that damages or disrupts it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any system behind it
• Submit false information through the application form, or apply on behalf of a company without authority to do so
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content for resale, or to build a competing directory
• Misuse the assistant to generate unlawful, abusive or misleading content

The AI assistant

• The assistant answers from the content published on this site. Its replies are generated automatically and are not checked by a person before you see them.
• It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on it for a commercial decision.
• Where the assistant and a published page disagree, the page is correct.
• Nothing the assistant says binds APXXO or forms part of any agreement.

Intellectual property

• The content, design and structure of this site belong to APXXO Infrastructure Operations or its licensors.
• APXXO, Laundry Khalas and the associated marks are the property of the group.
• You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not republish them commercially or present them as your own.
• Photographs are licensed stock images and are not licensed for reuse from this site.

Third-party links

Where this site links elsewhere — including to laundrykhalas.com — those destinations are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Availability and liability

• We do not guarantee the site will be available uninterrupted or free of error.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
• To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on anything published here.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the contracting APXXO entity for your region is established. Regional entities are listed on the Contact page.
