Washroom & Hygiene Systems
Washroom hygiene is contracted as a service programme rather than a cleaning task: units are installed, serviced on a schedule and replenished, with consumables supplied through group procurement.
It is usually the first thing a building’s occupants notice and the last thing anyone budgets for.
Programme scope
- Consumable replenishment — soap, paper, hand care
- Sanitary disposal units, serviced and exchanged
- Air care and odour control systems
- Automatic dosing and cistern management
- Hand dryer and dispenser maintenance
- Periodic descaling and deep sanitisation

Why it is contracted separately from cleaning
- Units are installed equipment with their own service life, not a cleaning task
- Consumables are procured at group network pricing rather than site by site
- Sanitary waste carries its own disposal duty and documentation
- A missed replenishment is the most visible service failure in any building
- Service visits are evidenced per unit, so usage can be tuned by location
