Status of the partnership programme information

• The Global Facility Partnership Program pages, and the brochure available from this site, are an invitation to apply. They are not an offer, and no contract arises from them.
• Commercial figures published in connection with the programme — including settlement periods, contract terms, territory exclusivity, capital support and revenue treatment — are indicative descriptions of how the programme is structured. They are not a quotation and not a commitment.
• The terms that apply to any partner facility are only those in the written partnership agreement executed with that facility. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.
• Partnership is subject to facility audit. Nothing published here entitles an applicant to be accepted, to receive volume, or to any particular commercial terms.
• APXXO takes no shareholding in partner facilities and this is not an offer of securities, a franchise or an investment.

Applicant information

• Information submitted through the partner application form is treated as confidential and used to assess partnership suitability. Information submitted through the proposal request form is treated the same way and used to prepare a response.
• It is shared internally with the regional partner team for the applicant’s territory, and not disclosed to third parties other than the processors named in the Privacy Policy.
• Applicants must have authority to submit information on behalf of the company named, and must not include third-party confidential information.
• Client references named in an application are contacted only at contracting stage, and only with the applicant’s knowledge.

Outcomes described on the Insights pages are representative illustrations of how the model typically affects a partner facility. They are not named accounts and should not be read as a guarantee of results.
